Some diesels however need to have valves removed due to being non-recessed. Any heads sent that are unable to fit in the milling machine bed or unable to skim due to parts being left on will be charged a hourly rate of £25 to strip the head. Cylinder head repairs & headgasket timing belt supplies
We offer a skim and pressure test service for cylinder heads that have blown head gaskets, thread repairs/heli-coiling service for damaged/snapped studs. We also recondition existing cylinder heads as well as being able to sourcing good serviceable 2nd hand heads if yours head is beyond repair.
Most heads we repair are from local motor traders but we also do some for the general public/home mechanics via ebay and the web. If you are abit further afield and cannot drop the head off to us, send your cylinder head by courier for us to inspect/repair.

Car transport, Recovery & Scrap car removal
We have access to two 3.5 ton transit recovery trucks with a 3rd being built. Please us contact for a competitive price. Including (if applicable) postcodes of pick-up and drop-off destinations. We can pick up most cars including non-runners.

Zetec 1.8/2.0 16v conversions & parts
I have been rebuilding Fords for as long as I can remember! I`ve built engines for my own projects and also for friends/customers. Generally I only keep a limited amount of zetec conversion parts/spares in stock but I can source most mk2 fiesta, mk3/4 escort and sierra parts/panel sections through various contacts I have made over the years.
Zetec 1.8/2.0 silvertop headgasket sets, single inlet gaskets (for manifold swaps), head bolts and conversion belts are always in stock.

Can also modify mk5 escort brake servos for use with caliper/disc upgrades (ie. cosworth and the like) that require a bigger servo on mk3 fiesta`s and mk4 escort`s. Mk2 fiesta are soon to be tested.
1.8 sumps/oil pick-up pipes for FWD applications
We can also modify older fuel tanks for fuel injection system ie. adding swirl pots/intank pumps and flow/return pipes.
